Jr.Cloud Administrator Compensation:
$73,800-$78,800 per year Job Overview The Junior Cloud Administrator at SBM Management Services, LP, will play a key role in supporting and administering the cloud-based solutions that drive the company's business growth. Working closely with the Cloud Engineer and other cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. The Junior Cloud Administrator will also assist in the implementation and improvement of cloud-based services, processes, and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Support, monitor, and troubleshoot the cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud. Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the cloud infrastructure and services. Ensure compliance with cloud security policies and standards. Assist in the development and implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Coordinate with other Infrastructure and Security Team members to automate deployment, management, and monitoring processes. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal customers. Document the current and proposed cloud configurations and processes, plans and procedures. Create, maintain, and update diagrams of evolving cloud infrastructure and operational procedures. Participate actively and work on team projects. Stay current with technological developments including cloud and systems engineering technologies. Make recommendations to leverage modern technology. On-call participation and after-hours maintenance required. May require some travel. Other duties as assigned. Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Related field with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft 365/Azure/AWS/Oracle Cloud/Windows and Linux Servers/Active Directory/DHCP/DNS Experience with SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams Admin, Intune configuration and administration. Some experience with Networking Technologies. Experience with Microsoft's E5 suite of products. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations May be required to have a valid driver's license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
