DOE Loft Thirty One is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team in Ponderay, Idaho. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury interior design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced firm environment. Responsibilities Assist lead designers with residential and commercial design projects Support space planning, material selections, and furniture sourcing Create and update design presentations, mood boards, and client materials Participate in client meetings, installations, and site visits Maintain organization of samples, library materials, and studio resources Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Interior Design required. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Endscape, D5, Canva, or similar programs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in an in-person environment. Basic understanding of construction processes and project coordination. Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.
