Junior Licensed Attorney La Mirada, CA $110,000 - $140,000 DOE Full-Time | In-Office Preferred We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Licensed Attorney to join our growing company. This position is ideal for an attorney with 0-3 years of experience looking to grow within a fast-paced construction and business environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to assist with day-to-day legal matters involving contracts, employment issues, compliance, and company operations. Responsibilities Draft, review, and revise contracts and agreements Assist with employment and HR-related legal matters Help ensure compliance with California labor laws and business regulations Review customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements Assist with collections, disputes, and legal correspondence Support insurance and workers' compensation matters Coordinate with outside counsel when necessary Provide legal guidance to management on daily operations Assist with permits, licensing, and business documentation Qualifications Active California Bar license required 0-3 years of attorney experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience or interest in construction, business, or employment law is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Long-term growth opportunity Stable full-time position Fast-paced and growing company environment Medical (HMO, PPO, plans available) Dental (HMO and POS) 401K plan participation Paid Time Off (PTO)
