Vencomatic North America is the exclusive distributor for Vencomatic Group BV; the leading European poultry farming equipment manufacturer. The office in Adel, IA provides support for US and Canada markets. The product line includes egg collection systems, large/complex poultry equipment installations, and/or automated egg handling Job Overview As a junior project manager, you manage the execution of small projects from conception to delivery, alongside your Lead. You work closely with and communicate with various stakeholders within the organization as well as externally to successfully complete a project. You will work in an innovative, international family business that wants to make poultry farming sustainable in an animal-friendly way worldwide. Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning and implementation of small projects, from quoting and project drawings in AutoCAD that will translate into actual orders. Develop full scale project plans.
• Responsible for the preparation, supervision, and implementation of the project. Facilitate the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• The connecting factor between the Sales, Operations and Service departments.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements and assemble and coordinate project staff. Provide direction and support to the team.
• Manage multiple project budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide procurement functions and activities.
• Continually check and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within scope and within budget as well as quality assurance.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Provide project evaluations, assessments, and lookbacks. Qualifications
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Familiar with personal computers, AutoCAD 2D, Customer Relations Management (CRM) software including Salesforce, FinancialForce, Microsoft office suites, Project Management software, web browsers and other software as needed.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Basic mechanical ability.
• Time Management is essential as you will be collaborating with various co-workers and customers, juggling multiple areas at once across multiple time zones.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Stress tolerance, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be fit for the role. This includes flexibility, mobility, and strength.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strength in analytical planning and organizing, critical thinking, problem solving and leading.
• Important level of communication along with Teamwork.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
