The Junior Wireless Account Associate will spend their days uncovering how Frontier's unlimited data and symmetrical speeds solve connectivity problems. The Junior Wireless Account Associate's dedication will help customers discover how Frontier's technology keeps every device running smoothly. As a Junior Wireless Account Associate you'll meet with customers, presenting Frontier Fiber Internet and Frontier TV plans clearly, and matching each customer with the ideal options for their needs. The Junior Wireless Account Associate will then gain sales expertise and account knowledge while strengthening account retention and contributing to sales success. Core Functions of the Junior Wireless Account Associate Support account portfolios by initiating sales conversations about Frontier Internet and TV services. Boost account performance by recommending customized Frontier Fiber internet and TV plans that fit each customer's lifestyle and budget. Develop stronger customer accounts through direct, benefit-focused sales discussions on Frontier Internet and TV solutions. Identify and close sales opportunities within accounts by presenting Frontier upgrades during personal meetings. Provide reliable account support by following up and helping customers get the most from their Frontier Internet and TV services. Contribute to territory growth by managing accounts effectively and promoting Frontier Internet and TV in the community.
