Duties Provide attentive pet care, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed by veterinary staff or pet owners Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for animals Handle dogs and other animals safely using proper restraint techniques to prevent injury or stress Monitor animal behavior closely, noting any signs of illness or distress, and communicate observations promptly to veterinary or management staff Engage in pet sitting duties by providing companionship, playtime, and exercise to enhance animal well-being Experience Prior experience working with animals in a kennel, veterinary clinic, or pet grooming setting is highly preferred Knowledge of dog handling techniques and animal restraint methods Background in or pet sitting demonstrates a strong commitment to animal care Customer service experience is valuable for interacting professionally with pet owners and visitors Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or assisting with animal movement Join us in making a positive difference in the lives of pets and their families!
