Kennel Technician

About the Role We're urgently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team at our dog boarding and daycare facility in Round Lake, NY ! This is an on-site role where you'll help care for dogs daily — ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness. If you love animals and enjoy active, hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do Provide daily care, feeding, and exercise for dogs Keep kennels and play areas clean and well-maintained Observe and report any changes in animal behavior or health Assist with medications as needed Handle animals safely and compassionately Provide friendly, professional service to pet owners What We're Looking For Experience in pet care, dog handling, or grooming preferred Veterinary assistant/technician experience is a plus Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable with all dog breeds and temperaments Dependable and available for weekends and holidays Attention to detail is a must!
