Key Holder

Job Overview:

Detroit Koney Up North Down South Kitchen is seeking a reliable and self-managed Key Holder to support daily restaurant operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone who can take initiative, lead a small team, and ensure smooth operations during their shift. The Key Holder will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, managing inventory, and assisting in both front-of-house and back-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the restaurant following company procedures Manage and oversee a team of 3-6 employees during shifts Maintain and track inventory, including restocking supplies Assist in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations as needed Ensure excellent customer service and team support at all times Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Handle basic cash management and register operations Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and management

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills Ability to be self-managed and take initiative without constant supervision Leadership ability with experience managing small teams preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
