Kiln Fireman Night Shift

Kiln Fireman - Night Shift Union City, OK Red River Brick, the premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Kiln Fireman - Night Shift for our Union City, OK manufacturing facility. Red River Brick operates multiple production sites across Texas and Oklahoma, offering a wide range of residential and commercial brick products through direct retail locations. This role is responsible for monitoring kiln operations during night shift hours, ensuring equipment functions properly, and supporting the production process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor kiln computers and associated control systems to ensure proper operation Inspect kiln components and document any issues or irregularities Check loaded kiln cars entering and exiting the kiln Monitor scrubbers and other environmental control equipment Perform general labor tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting as required Maintain safe, efficient, and continuous kiln operations during assigned shift

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or kiln operation experience preferred Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, stooping, and lifting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety Reliable attendance and ability to work night shift hours
