St. Paul Lutheran School is the chief ministry of St. Paul Lutheran Church serving children ages 2 through 8th grade for more than 60 years. Job Overview & Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a love for serving children and a warm spirit that welcomes families into our school. You will create a positive and safe learning environment, as well as develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will cultivate healthy and positive relationships with staff, students, and families of St. Paul. You will build trust and rapport with learners and participate in professional development and training as required.

Kindergarten Aide :

In addition to the job summary above, your responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in care and instruction of children (classroom management), small group preparation and instruction (crafts, classroom materials). You will help set-up and clean-up of the classroom.

Desired:

Prior experience working with children. You will have a strong Christian Faith with active participation in a church and exhibit a commitment to Christian Education. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20.
