Establish a positive culture for learning. Effectively supervise students and manage student behavior. Effectively communicate with students. Confer with parents or guardians, other teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students behavioral and academic problems. Exhibit high expectations and effective delivery of lessons. Demonstrate effective questioning and discussion techniques. Exhibit the use of assessments during instruction. Effectively communicate with families to discuss childrens progress and needs. Exhibit participation and contributions to the professional community. Exhibit continued professional growth and development. Exhibit professionalism with students, staff, and parents. Report to proper authorities any cases of suspected child endangerment, neglect, or abuse. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or other administrators.
