Description As the Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Manager, you will oversee the entire Kitchen & Bath design department, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a team of designers, manage new construction and remodeling projects, and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Proven leadership experience in a design role, preferably within the kitchen and bath industry. Demonstrated ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners. Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends. Collaborating with vendors to stay updated on the latest products and trends. Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs. Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve department goals. Conducting regular training sessions for the design team. Reviewing and approving design proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications. Overseeing job site measurements and project timelines. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that arise during the design process.
