Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide expert advice, and create designs using industry-standard software. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client accounts will be crucial for success in this position. We also carry numerous other products for the home that you would also be a sales person for. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to determine their kitchen design needs and preferences. Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using 20/20 Kitchen Design Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and appliances that align with the client's vision. Manage client accounts, ensuring all communications are clear and professional. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that enhance the kitchen design. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress. Assist in the sales process, including inside sales activities related to kitchen remodeling projects. Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material quantities, and cost estimations. Requirements Proficiency in 20/20 Design is required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience in account management and customer service is a plus. Solid understanding of sales principles, particularly inside sales techniques. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to design projects. Previous experience in remodeling or kitchen design is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
