This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, with a willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed in the restaurant industry.
