In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and maintain a seamless flow of service that delights our guests. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive operational excellence to create memorable dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a lively hospitality setting. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, and managing day-to-day restaurant operations. Lead food production processes for various service styles including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and banquets. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a skilled and motivated culinary team. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast-food restaurants. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and sanitation standards aligned with hospitality regulations. Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing restaurant operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Background in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food management strategies. Experience in diverse food industry settings including casual dining, fine dining, hotel kitchens, or catering environments is highly desirable.
