Job Description

Kitchen Manager
  • Join Our Team We're looking for a strong, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to run a busy kitchen, lead by example, keep standards high, and build a team that works hard and works well together. As Kitchen Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day kitchen operations, food quality, staff leadership, inventory, cleanliness, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our standards. We need someone who can stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused during busy shifts.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations Train, coach, and support kitchen staff Make sure food is prepared correctly, consistently, and on time Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Manage inventory, food ordering, and control waste/costs Build schedules and help with hiring and team development Work closely with front-of-house staff to keep service running smoothly Jump in wherever needed and lead by example during busy shifts
What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen leadership or kitchen manager experience Strong cooking and food prep knowledge Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety and kitchen organization Reliable, accountable, and able to handle pressure Experience with ordering, inventory, and labor/food cost control is a plus POS or restaurant systems experience is helpful but not required We're looking for someone who takes pride in their kitchen, supports their team, and wants to help build a strong culture while putting out great food every day.
