Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at our Columbus location. The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen team, ensure food quality and safety standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to order ingredients and supplies as needed. Collaborate with the executive chef and management team to develop menus and specials. Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient kitchen practices. Resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally. Promote a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality. Good organizational and communication skills.
