Night Closing Kitchen Manager Location:

Walldorff Brewpub-Hastings Position Type:

Full-Time | Evenings & Closing Shifts We're a high-volume, full-service brewpub known for great food, craft beer and we're looking for a hands-on Night Closing Kitchen Manager who leads from the line. This is not a clipboard-only role. You'll be cooking, managing, and closing down the kitchen each night while ensuring quality, efficiency, and a smooth operation from dinner rush through last call.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and work alongside the kitchen team during dinner and late-night service
• Execute menu items consistently and at a high standard
• Manage closing procedures: cleaning, prep for next day, and secure shutdown
• Oversee ticket flow, timing, and communication with FOH
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and inventory controls
• Train and motivate staff while holding accountability

What We're Looking For:

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)
• Strong line skills—grill, sauté, expo, and multitasking under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and able to close the kitchen independently
• Team-first mindset with solid communication skills
• Availability for nights, weekends (closed Sunday & Monday)
