Overview We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering top-notch food service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind smooth kitchen workflows, exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a vibrant team atmosphere. Responsibilities Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills in food handling, safety, and culinary techniques. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service during busy hours while maintaining high customer service standards. Support restaurant management in budgeting efforts, cost control, and implementing operational improvements to boost efficiency. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants. Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and managing staff training programs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control procedures, and food handling best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service across diverse audiences. Background in hospitality or restaurant management with experience in casual dining or fine dining settings preferred.
