Job Description

Pop's Chesapeake Smokehouse in Galena, MD is hiring a full-time seasonal Kitchen Manager as we prepare to open in about a month. We are looking for a strong, dependable kitchen leader with at least 2 years of full-time experience in a leadership kitchen role. Experience with grilling, BBQ, seafood, smokers, or high-volume summer service is a major plus. This is a hands-on position leading daily kitchen operations alongside ownership in a fast-paced marina smokehouse focused on Chesapeake seafood, grilled meats, and casual coastal hospitality. Must be comfortable working outdoors in a seasonal waterfront environment. Weekend availability required.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
