Job Description

The Beach House at Cupsogue is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Managers and Line Cooks to join our culinary team for the summer 2026 season. We're looking for dedicated food professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment and are ready to deliver exceptional meals across all dayparts breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
About The Beach House:
The Beach House at Cupsogue is a premier beachfront destination in Westhampton Beach, where we celebrate fresh ingredients, creative cuisine, and genuine hospitality. Our team is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests throughout the summer season.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and execute dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serviceMaintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations
For Kitchen Managers:
Oversee kitchen staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with front-of-house teams, scheduling. Adapt to a dynamic beachfront environment with varying guest volumesSupport team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant kitchen is preferred. You should be reliable, flexible with scheduling across all shifts and seven days a week, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
