The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary staff by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet events and catering services. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Support cooks and chefs during busy service times to ensure timely meal delivery. Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies properly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation guidelines. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is advantageous. A background in hospitality or catering is a plus, particularly in hotel or restaurant settings. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
