Job Description

County Road Social is a collaborative hospitality destination where craft beer, wine, cocktails, artisan-style pizza, and community come together in a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. Created through a partnership between Big Choice Brewing and Kingman Estates Winery, County Road Social focuses on providing great food, drinks, entertainment, and memorable experiences for guests through events, live entertainment, and exceptional customer service. Job Description This position will earn a base pay of $16
  • 18 per hour and will be able to earn tips as well, once training is finished.
With tips, pay can range from $25-30+++ County Road Social is seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Lead who is a strong self-starter with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is focused on learning and leading kitchen operations while actively working alongside the team to ensure efficiency, consistency, quality, and communication between Front of House and Back of House. The ideal candidate will help create a positive, upbeat team atmosphere while maintaining excellent customer experiences, even during the busiest shifts. We are looking for someone ot Responsibilities Lead and support the kitchen team while actively working in kitchen operations Help ensure kitchen shifts run efficiently and smoothly Assist with kitchen scheduling and staffing needs Manage and maintain effective ticket times during service Ensure food quality and consistency standards are met at all times Maintain strong communication between Front of House and Back of House teams Support a positive, team-oriented, and upbeat work environment Help train and guide kitchen team members as needed Assist in identifying and improving kitchen systems and processes Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, teamwork, and accountability Help ensure customers receive a top-quality dining experience through efficient operations and strong communication This position will also learn the front of house operations to potentially work on an as needed basis Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management based on the needs of the business. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment 1-2 years of leadership or management experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Strong organizational and kitchen systems management skills Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Front of House experience preferred Customer service experience required Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy shifts Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
