Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, mixing, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Support cooking processes by handling basic cooking tasks under supervision, including grilling, frying, or plating dishes. Handle food handling responsibilities with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness. Support banquet and special event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service needs. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support staff. Experience with food handling, cooking, serving, or banquet setup is a plus. Hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
