Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation practices in all food handling activities. Serve guests efficiently at the counter or via a Square POS system. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Support food preparation tasks, including chopping, cooking, plating, and portioning as needed. Manage guest interactions with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist with banquet or special event setups when required, ensuring timely and organized service. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests. Skills Previous experience in the kitchen, food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred. Approved Utah Food Handler Permit from Bear River Health Department or www.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
