Kitchen Team Member

Duties Meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and menu plans. Handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Utilize kitchen tools, including knives, safely and effectively during food preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in catering events, assisting with food setup and presentation as needed. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Follow all dietary department guidelines to accommodate special dietary needs. Experience Previous experience in a food preparation setting is mandatory. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, food handling practices, and culinary terminology is advantageous. A background in catering or experience working within the food industry will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. An eagerness to develop culinary skills further are highly valued. Previous Barista experience is helpful.
