Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality meals. Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies efficiently. Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Manage food handling procedures during meal preparation and catering events to meet health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals. Skills Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering service, with hands-on kitchen experience. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and meal assembly. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices. Experience with cooking, and food service operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude towards serving others. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to quality and service excellence! Preferrably billingual in english/ spanish but not required.
