Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods for new dishes Collaborate with team members during service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer satisfaction Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operation Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, grilling, baking, and plating Experience with meal preparation, catering support, or fine dining environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make an impact!
