Kitchen Utility

Essential Job Functions:

General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes all garbage and boxes dishwashing/Pot washing Floor sanitation Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa Assists receiving in putting food products away Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants, apron, GVC ball cap or hair net, slip resistant shoes, name badge, and gaming badge If Team Member is a minor, must adhere to all
