KITTY CARE SPECIALIST, MORNING SHIFT

Kitty Charm School is currently seeking a Kitty Care Specialist in Mill Valley for a Monday through Friday morning shift position . Do you love cats? Do you have experience caring for kitties? Are you looking for a position that rewards you for these skills? Are you comfortable with a part-time job that keeps you busier some weeks than other weeks according to need? If so, please read on! Our Kitty Care Specialist start at $17.50 an Hour to $20.00 an Hour based upon experience. There is usually 20 hours a of work a week with 30 hours a week during peak times in the summer and some holidays. As a Kitty Care Specialist you will be responsible for providing the highest quality of care to all our whiskered guests!

A typical day will include:

Feeding our kitty clients Cleaning litter boxes and kitty rooms Checking kitties in and out of our facility Weighing and checking health of our guests Providing daily updates to clients via "Kitty Mail" and providing loving attention to our guests A successful candidate will be a significant kitty lover, pay excellent attention to detail, set and maintain high standards for sanitation and cleanliness, have the exceptional ability to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change. This is NOT a short term position , we are seeking an individual who can grow with Kitty Charm School.

ABOUT KITTY CHARM SCHOOL

Established in 2011 in Mill Valley, Kitty Charm School is a 3,000 square foot sunny store-front facility. With 23 private rooms, Kitty Charm School's Cage-Free Hotel averages 140 square feet per Kitty! We believe the kitty is our customer and that each kitty deserves to receive an equal amount of adoring care.

WHAT TRAITS WE LOOK FOR IN A KITTY CARE SPECIALIST

At least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc) Ability to lift 50 lbs Proven experience caring for cats ( professional experience NOT required ) Ability to pass a criminal background screening and reference check 4-5 hr work shifts in the morning US work authorization
