  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
KOREAN AND MANDARIN SALES REPRESENTATIVE
to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our business development efforts, building strong relationships with clients and partners in Korean and Mandarin-speaking markets. Your energetic approach to outside sales, combined with your expertise in territory management and account development, will help us grow our presence globally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in B2B sales, deliver compelling product demos, and lead strategic negotiations that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Korean and Mandarin-speaking markets to expand our customer base. Conduct proactive outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate detailed reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead flow. Requirements Some Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and account growth. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines. Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or other direct sales methods. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell solutions based on client needs. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities. Fluency in Korean and Mandarin is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
