WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

No fear of making phone calls Ability to track and maintain a pipeline of provided leads Competitive and entrepreneurial attitude At least one year mortgage experience Active NMLS license or in process of obtaining one Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with strong work ethic Ability to take accountability for actions
