3-6 month project Adecco is seeking a 2nd Shift On-Site Team Lead to support one of our local clients in Mt. Sterling, KY. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Wee new associates by conducting orientations and/or facility tours Assist with HR-related tasks - candidate screening, onboarding, payroll, employee relations Assist with associate placement and scheduling Participate in client meetings Engage daily with associates and supervisors to help meet client performance goals Answer associate questions related to assignments What We're Looking For We encourage candidates from a variety of backgrounds to . You'll be successful in this role if you have: Previous office, clerical, or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment (or relevant college coursework) Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams The ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift Comfortable working in various manufacturing and office areas Stronganizational, multitasking, and customer service skills Communicate efficiently with team, client, and associates A passion for building positive relationships with associates, clients, and teammates Ready to ? Pay Details:
