Job Summary LA Fitness is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Club Pride Staff for our Agoura Hills location. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. The ideal candidate will possess skills in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and custodial services, ensuring that all areas of the club are well-kept and presentable. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the fitness club. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, restrooms, and communal areas to provide a pleasant experience for members. Support residential painting projects within the facility to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage time efficiently. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
