Lab Animal Care Technician - Contract-to-Hire 📍 Robesonia, PA We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Lab Animal Care Technician opportunity in Robesonia, PA. This is a contract-to-hire position with long-term potential for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on animal care environment.

Schedule Typical hours:

approximately 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Some days may require earlier arrival (as early as 5:00 AM) due to animal shipments Weekend and holiday rotations are required Responsibilities Daily care and husbandry of animals in a breeding facility Cleaning and sanitizing animal cages, equipment, and facility areas Power washing cages, floors, and work areas Monitoring animal environments and reporting concerns Following strict cleanliness, safety, and biosecurity procedures Wearing required PPE including scrubs, masks, gloves, and safety goggles Work Environment This is NOT a laboratory testing role Facility environment is more similar to an agricultural or farm-style operation Significant cleaning and sanitation duties are part of the role No personal items permitted inside the facility, including cell phones and jewelry Requirements Reliable transportation is
