Job Description:

The Laboratory Assistant is an entry level, non licensed role responsible for supporting core laboratory operations through the execution of fundamental laboratory procedures and maintenance activities. This position operates under direct supervision and plays a key role in ensuring efficient workflow, accurate preparation, and a clean, compliant laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Assist in the preparation of formulations and samples for laboratory testing Accurately complete tasks related to formulation preparation Routine clean, sanitize, and maintain glassware, laboratory equipment, and workspaces

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive manual tasks Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds Core Competencies Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace Effective verbal communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task execution Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision in a structured environment. #sczr2
