Lab Tech Jr.

Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Lab Tech Jr. to join their team. As a Lab Tech Jr., you will be part of the Toxicology Division supporting laboratory operations and specimen analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19/hr What's the Job? Operate and maintain screening instruments used for initial analysis of urine and oral fluid specimens Perform testing with refractometers and pH meters in accordance with regulatory guidelines Review and interpret test results for donor specimens and quality control samples Troubleshoot issues with screening instruments to ensure continuous operation Adhere to all security procedures to maintain confidentiality of donor information What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology Knowledge of screening and specimen validity test methods such as

EIA, CEDIA, ELISA

Understanding of laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques Ability to follow established guidelines including SAMHSA, CAP-FDT, and other regulatory standards Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team What's in it for me?
