Job Description:

The Flavor Lab Technician supports laboratory operations within a fast-paced R D and manufacturing environment by preparing flavor samples, compounding formulas, operating pilot equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role works closely with flavorists and technical teams to support product development, sample preparation, and customer requests while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include operating laboratory and pilot equipment such as homogenizers and spray dryers, preparing and packaging samples, maintaining raw material inventory, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and supporting ongoing development and matching projects. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a laboratory setting. Prior laboratory, food manufacturing, or chemistry-related experience is preferred.
