100% Onsite | Shift-Based Role Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on IT and laboratory support professional to provide technical support for benchtop instruments, laboratory systems, workstations, and applications within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. This role will support manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations by ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and operational. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows-based environments, and familiarity with GMP/GxP compliance requirements. Work Schedule 40 hours per week Initial training schedule: 8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM After approximately one month: 11:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM Final long-term shift: 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for laboratory instruments, benchtop systems, PCs, printers, and associated applications Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues Support Windows workstations, servers, and network connectivity in regulated environments Perform software installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance activities Manage incidents, service requests, and documentation through ticketing systems Collaborate with lab users, manufacturing teams, QA, and IT groups to resolve issues efficiently Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards, data integrity practices, and company SOPs Assist with system backups, recovery activities, cybersecurity compliance, and access management Support validation, audit readiness, and change control activities Participate in project implementations, equipment onboarding, and system lifecycle support Required Skills Strong technical troubleshooting and IT support experience Experience supporting lab/benchtop instruments or scientific applications Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and system administration Familiarity with GMP/GxP regulated environments and data integrity principles Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other ITSM tools Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access control, and patch management Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments Exposure to laboratory systems such as LIMS, Empower, or chromatography software Knowledge of system validation and compliance documentation Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
