Company is currently seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join their Optically Clear Adhesives lab team. As a Lab Tech, you will play a crucial role in conducting various tests and experiments to ensure the quality and safety of consumer products. Worker performs physical and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products. This is a very active position and will require someone with a strong work ethic to keep up. Key Responsibilities Prepare materials and organize for product testing Assist in laboratory experiments through testing and evaluation of new materials and products based on research Perform mechanical performance tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products Test or make visual observations on product samples from competitors and communicate test results to the appropriate requester Conduct hands-on tests with multiple pieces of equipment Move, arrange, sort, and hang product testing weights (2 lbs

• 20 lbs) Basic Qualifications 2 years of experience as a Lab Tech or related field; open to recent graduates Able to work 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM, Monday
• Friday Ability to lift/carry at least 25 pounds Ability to lift/carry 5-pound weights at high repetitions Ability to use a ladder/step stool to work from an elevated surface Proficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and results-driven Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Adaptability to team needs and working with many individuals across various groups Prior laboratory or manufacturing experience Experience using Excel and Word Proven ability to problem-solve and implement solutions Ability to take verbal and written instructions and complete tasks with little or no supervision Education High School Diploma required College degree in the sciences preferred
