About the Role As a General Laborer, you will support construction crews with a variety of physically active job duties in outdoor environments and all weather conditions. This role provides the opportunity to develop practical construction skills while working alongside experienced team members on a variety of projects. What You'll Do Perform general labor duties including shoveling, hammering, sweeping, and clean-up Assist with measuring, marking, and cut-off sawing Help maintain tools and equipment Support crews with daily construction site tasks Follow all company safety procedures Travel to job sites as needed throughout the year What You Bring Some high school education or less preferred Previous construction experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor Schedule & Pay Full-Time Average 43.6 hours weekly Monday-Friday with rare weekends $25/hour Benefits Medical Insurance Paid Vacation Retirement Plan 401(k) Smart Dollar Personal Finance Program Why Join Us?
