• Knowledge of how to operate hand tools (tape measure, skillsaw, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physically capable to safely lift materials
• Hard working, teachable people, they are willing to train people up
• They will mainly be spotting the equipment and digging the trenches for the underground conduit
• There will be site cleanup and material movement duties as well
• They are just looking for guys who will show up and work hard.

They are willing to teach and train 100% of job duties for this position
