Job Overview:

The Laborer provides essential manual support for excavation, grading, utilities, and heavy civil projects, assisting skilled crew members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare sites by clearing vegetation, debris, and obstacles. Assist operators by spotting, guiding, and signaling during excavation and grading. Handle and place materials (pipe, gravel, forms) and install basic utility components. Operate hand/power tools (shovels, tampers, jackhammers, saws). Load/unload trucks, clean equipment, and maintain site housekeeping. Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and participate in daily safety meetings.

Seasonal Position Notice:

This position is classified as seasonal, with duration dependent on project workload, weather conditions, and operational needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee year‑round work.
