Laborer

Job Summary The General Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role supports daily field operations by assisting with physical tasks, equipment handling, and general site maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Perform general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to: Lifting, carrying, and moving materials Loading and unloading vehicles Digging, refilling holes, and basic site preparation Mowing, trimming, and other grounds ‑ maintenance activities Operating equipment in a support or assisting capacity Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications Education and Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED 1+ years of previous experience Work Environment Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Occasional use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., machine operation, keyboarding) Frequent physical effort handling objects under 30 pounds Occasional exposure to occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.) Occasional exposure to environmental elements such as dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes Typical work setting involves outdoor manual labor Schedule & Working Conditions This position operates on a day ‑ to ‑ day schedule , depending on project needs.
