Laborer

Job Title:

General Laborer Responsibilities Assist with setting up, moving, and removing temporary event fencing according to site plans and instructions. Load, unload, and position fencing materials safely and efficiently as directed by the setup crew. Perform general labor tasks to support the event setup and teardown, including carrying materials and organizing equipment. Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and onsite instructions at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule within the event setup timeline. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Comfort with physical, hands-on work involving lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Capability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions. Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to showing up on scheduled workdays. Ability to follow directions accurately and work under supervision in a team environment. General labor aptitude, including safe material handling and basic task execution.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
