Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of city infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, parks, and public facilities Operate basic equipment such as mowers, trimmers, shovels, and hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently Perform street cleaning, debris removal, and landscaping to keep public spaces safe and attractive Support water, sewer, and storm drain maintenance activities by digging trenches or assisting with inspections Respond promptly to work orders and safety requests from supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects Conduct routine inspections of city property to identify repair needs or safety hazards Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and team members Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor manual labor Reliable transportation to reach different job sites around the city. Valid Driver's license required.
