We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and the efficient handling of materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in loading and unloading materials as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
