• 27/hour DOE + Overtime Opportunities Gleeson Constructors & Engineers is hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale food facility expansion for Fareway Stores in Boone, Iowa .

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Assisting crews with concrete, carpentry, and steel work Supporting construction of industrial freezer and dock areas Material handling and jobsite organization Jobsite cleanup and preparation Working alongside experienced tradespeople on large-scale food facility construction projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist skilled workers as assigned Load, unload, and move construction materials Operate hand and power tools safely Clean and prepare work areas Assist with concrete, formwork, and structural steel activities Support equipment operators and field crews as needed Follow all jobsite safety requirements Help maintain production goals and quality standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments Good physical condition and endurance Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Positive attitude and team mentality Construction experience preferred, but not required
