Summary As a lamination and bread specialist you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for crafting exceptional baked goods that reflect our commitment to quality and tradition. This role is vital in helping us deliver a variety of artisan breads and pastries to our valued customers. Responsibilities Prepare laminations for different products Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads and danish using traditional methods. Ensure all products are made with organic ingredients and adhere to our quality standards. Prepare all danish and croissants Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and product offerings. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in bread baking , danish producción and bakery or culinary environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking processes. Artisan Bread baking skills are mandatory is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
