Job Description

Land Survey TechnicianLocation:
Kingston and Orleans, MA Employment Type:
Full-TimeMy client is seeking a motivated Land Survey Technician with strong mathematical skills and a keen interest in land surveying processes and procedures. This role offers a balance of 50% field work and 50% office work, providing exposure to a wide range of surveying tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPerform boundary line traverse surveys and topographic/detail surveys.

Download and post-process survey data.

Prepare Existing Conditions Plans.

Conduct construction layout using total stations, data collectors, GPS, and 3D laser scanning equipment.

Maintain care of equipment and vehicles.

QualificationsStrong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

Effective communication and computer skills.

Ability to work in a customer-service-focused environment and represent the firm professionally.

Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Interest in pursuing a Professional Land Surveyor license (support provided).
